Blacktown Meals on Wheels also provides social days where you can enjoy an outing with morning tea, a three course meal and a fun-filled day of activities, held at Blacktown, Mount Druitt and Riverstone.
Joining our social group is a great way to get out of the house, meet new people and share in activities including; bingo, scrabble, cards, dominoes, raffles and lucky door prizes. Transport is available for most social group days.
Social Groups held at:
Blacktown on: Monday, Thursday & Friday
Mount Druitt on: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Riverstone on: 1st Monday of the Month (In partnership with Riverstone Neighbourhood Centre)
Social Group days are also held for specific groups:
Maltese Day: 1st Tuesday of each month at Blacktown
Chinese Day: 2nd Wednesday of each month at Blacktown
Filipino Day: 4th Wednesday of each month at Blacktown
Vision-impaired: Every Friday at Mount Druitt
